The machine will include 16 Gigabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM), a Intel i3 computer processor and a 2, 2 Terabyte Hard Drives. The VMWare Server will run two virtual machines. $1500 for each server.

Timeframes for support are first contact within 4 business hours of the issue/incident being reported and onsite technician next business day, with the aim of resolving issues within 72 hours (3 Business days) of them being reported. For a business of approximately 10 employees, the Level 1 fee is generally $300 per month .
Monitoring 24 hours a day, but business hours support. This means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week monitoring, however only 5 days a week (typically Monday to Friday) 8 hours a day (typically 8am to 6pm) support. Timeframes for support are first contact within 2 business hours of the issue/incident being reported and onsite technician next business day, with the aim of resolving issues within 72 hours (3 Business days) of them being reported. For a business of approximately 10 employees, the Level 2 fee is generally $600 per month.
Both monitoring and support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Timeframes for support are first contact within 1 business hour of the issue/incident being reported and onsite technician same day, with the aim of resolving issues within 48 hours (2 Business days) of them being reported. For a business of approximately 10 employees, the Level 3 fee is generally $800 per month.
